During a real estate career beginning in the 1990s I achieved pretty much all there was to achieve – I consistently ranked as the top performing Real Estate agent in the Hamilton City office, and was a regular in the nationwide Top20, leaving Harcourts Hamilton as their no.1 residential consultant.
While those accolades were nice to receive, I was most proud of the reason behind these awards – my success came about by helping my clients realise their dreams.
Sharing in the excitement as a young couple buy their first home, or watching the anticipation when someone finds the property they’ve been longing for is all the motivation I need to drive myself to succeed in the property market.
I’ve never been afraid to think outside the square, and when the opportunity to join the Ray White team as a franchise owner arose, I jumped at it. I thrive on new challenges, and the chance to take my years of experience, and mold them into a service which I believe will be a cut above anything else New Zealand currently has, was simply too exciting to turn down.
I am now combining my unparalleled knowledge, my reputation as a genuine industry leader, and my innovative, forward-thinking approach to Real Estate to create a service which is second-to-none across the country.
